Domestic Violence

Definition of Domestic Violence:

A pattern of learned behaviors that may include physical or sexual assaults, emotional abuse, isolation, threats, stalking, and/or intimidation.

These behaviors are used by one person in an intimate relationship to control the other. Abuse can happen to anyone regardless of age, race, income, gender, sexual orientation, or level of education. There is help available through the resources below.
